Role Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Talent Engagement Specialist at Jakson Limited. Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and oversee employee engagement, recognition, and wellbeing programs tailored to business and stakeholder needs.
  • Ensure flawless execution of initiatives with strong project management and delivery standards.
  • Develop and implement impactful communication strategiesincluding presentations and reportsto engage stakeholders and enhance visibility of key initiatives.
  • Embed organizational values into all people-centric programs to strengthen workplace culture.
  • Monitor and analyse engagement metrics, trends, and feedback to refine programs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate strong skills in data analytics, trend analysis, and data visualization to inform strategic decisions.
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging through inclusive practices and culture-building efforts.
  • Collaborate with HR, Strategy & People Enablement, and leadership teams to build and execute a strategic roadmap for culture and engagement.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages open communication and continuous learning.
  • Ability to demonstrate the Core Values of Jakson – Integrity, Care, Collaboration, Entrepreneurship, and Excellence in all aspects of work

Required Skills and Qualification

  • Required: Master’s degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of HR technology and systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Excel, and HR data tools to analyse data, identify patterns, generate reports, and craft engaging presentations.
  • High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with strong storytelling and influencing capabilities.
  • Sound judgment and ability to analyse data, situations, and information.
  • Strong execution and delivery orientation with proven project management expertise.
  • Ability to design and measure engagement frameworks and interventions that improve employee experience.
  • Organizational and multitasking ability to manage multiple people-focused initiatives simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of HR practices/trends, employee engagement, and culture strategies.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in workplace practices.
  • Highly collaborative and interactive capacity.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a team of HR professionals.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
