About the Role

We are seeking a Sr. Manager - Strategic Accounts (Inside Sales) to drive growth, manage key accounts, and deliver staffing solutions to enterprise clients. The role involves consultative selling, account expansion, and close collaboration with internal recruitment teams.


Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business development for Apolis’ staffing services in both new and existing markets, ensuring revenue growth and client retention.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new enterprise accounts through market research, industry networking, and consultative engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
  • Develop strategic account plans with clear revenue targets, forecasts, and action steps for account expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams to design and execute effective hiring strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Lead proposal development, prepare and deliver client presentations, and manage commercial negotiations to closure.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and brand positioning.
  • Provide timely market feedback and insights to internal stakeholders to refine offerings and improve service delivery.
  • Ensure achievement of assigned KRAs and maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years in inside sales/account management in staffing or workforce solutions.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise accounts.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Target-driven, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
