Sr. Manager Revenue Assurance

• Ensuring that the appropriate records are generated, monitored correctly and appear correctly on end customer billing
• Performing regular reconciliation and analysis of revenue streams. Documenting revenue flows across critical functions and monitors the same.
• Managing any issue that potentially impacts revenues, from identification through to quantification through to resolution
• Developing an understanding of internal and external customer needs and ensure all activities and excellent delivery of customer satisfaction.
• Speaking to the business across Sales, Marketing, IT, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams
• Measuring and tracking KPIs and outcomes against standards, while planning and taking corrective action where required
• Ensure the ageing is not increased

• Educational Qualification:

  Any Graduate with additional qualification of MBA in Finance preferred.

Work Experience and Skills required:

• 8-12 years of experience required.
• An ability to liaise with the business on issues of business performance related to revenue assurance.
• Experience of industry fraud risks and issues that can arise from billing.
• A sound understanding of the technical infrastructure within a telecoms company, including network components, billing, mediation, CRM, and provisioning.
• Good knowledge of tools to process and reconcile data, such as Excel pivot tables.
• Experience of working under pressures to tight deadlines.
