Job Description

You will be responsible for leading CRM system integrations, ensuring seamless adoption of HubSpot across teams, and supporting business units with robust data-driven reporting and attribution models. The role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions. - Develop and maintain multi-touch attribution models, reports, and dashboards for data-driven decisions. - Deliver actionable insights through data analysis to support ROI measurement and decision-making. - Lead HubSpot implementation and ensure smooth integration with internal systems like Pipedrive. - Oversee integration between Pipedrive and HubSpot for seamless data flow across business units. - Train sales and marketing teams to maximize CRM adoption and effectiveness. - Partner with stakeholders to understand evolving requirements and translate them into CRM workflows. - Streamline CRM workflows, automate processes, and enforce data hygiene standards. - Continuously review and improve lead management, pipeline stages, and workflow automation. - Identify bottlenecks in CRM processes and recommend process enhancements. - Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to align CRM with business needs. - Support marketing campaigns by ensuring CRM workflows (email, lead scoring, workflows, customer journeys) are set up correctly. - Collaborate with Finance and BI teams to integrate CRM data with business performance reporting systems. - Ensure CRM operations follow compliance guidelines and maintain system reliability. - Plan and oversee regular data backups and disaster recovery processes. - Drive the CRM roadmap, implement best practices, and mentor internal teams for long-term success. - 10+ years of proven experience in CRM migration and implementation (with strong expertise in HubSpot). - Hands-on experience with at least one additional CRM (Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive) is an advantage. - Strong understanding of B2B sales environments and multi-business ad network ecosystems. - Expertise in integrating diverse internal systems with CRM platforms. - Experience in training and supporting sales teams.,
