Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders and the project team to understand legacy CRM workflows and translate them into Salesforce solutions Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Process Builders Develop data migration scripts, tools, or processes using Data Loader, APIs, or ETL tools to move data from the legacy CRM to Salesforce Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs or third-party middleware Conduct system testing, unit testing, and support UAT activities Document configuration, customizations, and migration procedures Provide post-migration support and enhancements based on business feedback Ensure data integrity and system performance through effective validation and optimization techniques Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies if applicable Required Skills & Qualifications 58 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration Strong experience with Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components, Visualforce pages, and Flow Builder Familiarity with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), SOQL, and integration concepts Proven experience with at least one end-to-end Salesforce CRM migration project Experience using Salesforce Data Loader or similar tools for data migration Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and governor limits Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification is required (Platform Developer II or Admin is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments Preferred Qualifications Experience migrating from systems like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Zoho, Siebel, or other legacy platforms Exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins, or other CI/CD platforms Knowledge of Salesforce Shield or security configuration is an advantage Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
