About the Role

We are hiring a Contracts Legal Manager to lead drafting, negotiation and lifecycle management of commercial, procurement, EPC, services and operational contracts supporting GPIL’s manufacturing and infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Drafting & Negotiation

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including:
• EPC & project contracts
• Supply & procurement agreements
• Service agreements
• Logistics & transportation contracts
• NDAs, MOUs, amendments and addenda
• Ensure contracts adequately protect business, financial and legal interests.

Contract Risk Management

• Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure alignment with internal policies, risk appetite and approval matrix.
• Support contract negotiations with vendors, suppliers and partners.

Contract Lifecycle Management

• Support contract execution, amendments and renewals.
• Maintain contract repository, trackers and MIS.
• Coordinate with procurement, projects, finance and operations teams.

Advisory Support

• Provide commercial and legal advice on contractual issues.
• Support dispute avoidance and resolution related to contracts.
