Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Co-ordinating with plants and MKTG dept. for delivery the shipments as per costumer schedule.
Co-ordinating with CHAs, Airlines and arrange the required documents.
Organising the transportation for the material pickup in time.
Co-ordinating with Export inspection Agency, Customs for smooth functioning, Query replies.
Monitoring of shipment space booking, Container allotments, customs clearance for smooth functioning.
Prioritising shipments from plant to until reach the destination.
Preparation of Commercial invoice and packing list.
Checking of local transport bills & freight bills as per quotation. And submitting the local transportation bills, Freight bills for clearance.
Preparation of DGD and share to forwarders.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum Qualification : Any Graduated
Experience : Minimum 5 to 10 Years (Preferably in Pharma Industry)
