As a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in legal services, including at least 10+ years in an LPO or corporate legal environment, you will be responsible for leading delivery teams, ensuring high-quality execution of client projects, maintaining compliance with global legal standards, and nurturing client relationships. Your strong foundation in legal concepts, managerial skills, attention to detail, and service-driven mindset will be crucial to meeting the evolving demands of international legal clients. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the end-to-end delivery of legal support services across various verticals such as: - Litigation Support Services, preferably in US litigation with a focus on personal injury, employment law, and Lemon law - Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) - Document Review (Litigation, Regulatory, Internal Investigations) - Legal Research and Drafting - Compliance and Risk Advisory - Entity Management and Corporate Governance - Ensure quality deliverables by maintaining accuracy, completeness, and adherence to client expectations and legal standards. - Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. - Address and resolve delivery-related issues and client escalations proactively. Client Relationship Management: - Act as a key point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication to understand evolving needs, provide updates, and ensure alignment. - Participate in client calls, review meetings, and feedback sessions. - Support client onboarding, process transition, and documentation activities. People And Performance Management: - Lead, mentor, and coach a team of legal analysts, associates, and senior associates. - Monitor team performance, identify training needs, and implement performance improvement strategies. - Conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions, upskilling initiatives, and career development support for team members. Quality, Compliance & Reporting: - Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, SLAs, legal best practices, and data confidentiality protocols. - Implement robust quality control mechanisms and conduct regular audits of work outputs. - Generate and present project dashboards, status reports, and operational metrics to internal and external stakeholders. Operational And Strategic Initiatives: - Assist the AVP/Delivery Head in strategic planning, process optimization, and resource management. - Collaborate with business development teams on proposals, RFPs, client presentations, and proof-of-concept projects. - Support the implementation of legal tech tools and process automation initiatives. Qualifications & Experience: - Educational Background: LL.B. (mandatory) from a recognized law school; LL.M in Business laws preferred. - Experience: 15 years in legal services with 10+ years in a supervisory or client-facing role in an LPO or corporate legal setup. - Exposure to U.S., U.K., or other common law jurisdictions is highly desirable. - Demonstrated expertise in contract analysis, litigation support, and legal compliance domains. Key Skills & Competencies: - Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and interpretation skills. - Strong command of legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis). - Familiarity with contract management platforms (e.g., Icertis, ContractWorks, DocuSign CLM), review tools (e.g., Relativity, Everlaw), and case management software like ActionStep, Clio, Practice Panther, etc. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with global clients. - Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure. - Uphold high standards of professional ethics, confidentiality, and integrity.,
