We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager - Business Development to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) and medical coding industry by generating leads from US healthcare providers. Your role will involve not only individual lead generation and sales but also overseeing the business development department in India, providing leadership, guidance, and strategic direction to the team. To excel in this role, you will need a strong understanding of the US healthcare market, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in business development. Your responsibilities will include identifying, engaging, and nurturing new business opportunities in the US healthcare provider market, such as hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations. You will implement lead generation strategies, outreach campaigns, and sales tactics to drive revenue growth. Additionally, you will oversee the business development team in India, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to senior executives and team members. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies to achieve departmental targets, improve sales processes, and enhance team performance. You will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies aimed at expanding the company's client base in the US healthcare market. It will be crucial to ensure that business development efforts are aligned with company goals and objectives. You will conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with prospects to secure new business. Collaborating closely with potential clients, you will understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions in revenue cycle management (RCM) and medical coding. As part of your role, you will track the performance of individual team members and ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met. Generating regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and outcomes, you will present findings to senior leadership for analysis and decision-making. Market research will be a key aspect of your responsibilities to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential client needs. Using insights from your research, you will fine-tune strategies and drive continuous improvement in business development efforts. You will oversee the use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools by the business development team to manage and track sales activities. Ensuring accurate and timely updates are made to sales pipelines and client data will be essential. Collaboration across teams, including marketing, operations, and leadership, will be necessary to ensure the seamless execution of business development plans, marketing campaigns, and service delivery. Working closely with the onshore sales team in the US, you will align on strategies, share client insights, and support sales efforts across both regions. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients will be a crucial aspect of your role to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Addressing client concerns, providing solutions, and ensuring ongoing engagement with clients will be essential. You will conduct training sessions for the business development team to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of the healthcare industry, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
