Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the HR Business Partner for the plant, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Drive end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and L&D at the plant level.
Ensure statutory compliance (Labor Laws, Factory Act, etc.) and manage audits, inspections, and timely filings.
Handle government and statutory body liaisoning for licenses, permits, and labor-related matters.
Act as a key advisor to plant leadership on workforce planning, disciplinary actions, and industrial relations.
Promote a safe, inclusive, and productive workplace culture in line with company values.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA/MSW in HR or equivalent with strong experience in Plant HR roles.
Proven experience in compliance management and dealing with statutory authorities.
Sound knowledge of labor laws and local regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
