Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the HR Business Partner for the plant, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
  • Drive end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and L&D at the plant level.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (Labor Laws, Factory Act, etc.) and manage audits, inspections, and timely filings.
  • Handle government and statutory body liaisoning for licenses, permits, and labor-related matters.
  • Act as a key advisor to plant leadership on workforce planning, disciplinary actions, and industrial relations.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and productive workplace culture in line with company values.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA/MSW in HR or equivalent with strong experience in Plant HR roles.
  • Proven experience in compliance management and dealing with statutory authorities.
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws and local regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
