About the Role

Life Insurance Growth Lead

strong experience in Life Insurance distribution/sales

Key Responsibilities

• Own the

  end-to-end growth strategy

  for Life Insurance business from acquisition to retention.
• Drive

  sales performance

  through both online and offline channels, in partnership with insurers and internal distribution teams.
• Identify and onboard

  new insurance partners

  and manage ongoing commercial and operational relationships.
• Design and execute

  growth campaigns

  to drive leads, conversions, and renewals across customer segments.
• Collaborate with CRM, analytics, and digital marketing teams to build

  personalized engagement journeys

  for high-value cohorts.
• Use data insights to improve funnel efficiency, drive conversions, and maximize customer lifetime value.
• Lead initiatives to expand Life Insurance product penetration across Apollos ecosystem (pharmacy, 24|7 app, and health journeys).
• Track KPIs such as conversion rates, average premium, persistency, and partner performance.
• Work closely with tech/product teams to streamline customer journeys and enhance UI/UX for insurance flows.
• Manage a small team and external partners to deliver on aggressive business growth targets.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 815 years

  of experience in

  Life Insurance

  with a strong understanding of

  distribution and sales

  (agency, bancassurance, digital, or partnership models).
• Proven experience in

  P&L ownership or growth leadership

  roles.
• Hands-on exposure to

  digital customer journeys

  , CRM, or performance marketing for insurance products.
• Excellent relationship management skills with insurers, brokers, and partners.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial acumen.

Good-to-Have

• Prior experience in

  health or wellness-linked insurance products

• Exposure to

  MarTech, CRM automation, or customer lifecycle management

  tools.
• Experience in a
