Job Description

Purpose
Responsible for driving the growth of the franchise network and overseeing the successful operations of existing franchises by driving operational excellence and performance of franchisees and supporting franchisees in achieving their business goals and ensuring adherence to PH standards.

Key Responsibilities
New Franchise Development Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for franchise expansion Identify potential markets and territories for new franchise locations Conduct market research and analysis to assess the viability of new locations Franchisee Recruitment Identify and recruit qualified franchise candidates who align with the brand's values and goals Conduct initial meetings and presentations to prospective franchisees Evaluate potential franchisees financial and operational capabilities Franchise Onboarding Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Oversee the onboarding process for new franchisees, ensuring they receive all necessary information and support Develop and deliver training programs for new franchisees, covering company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards Assist new franchisees in site selection, lease negotiations, and outlet setup

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Number of new markets or territories identified and evaluated
Number of qualified franchises recruited and onboarded Conversion rate from initial contact to signed agreement Number of franchise agreements negotiated and finalized Percentage of franchisees compliant with legal, brand and company standards Number of compliance issues or disputes resolved Number of operational audits conducted, and issues resolved Frequency and quality of site visits and assessments Franchisee satisfaction ratings and feedback Performance metrics of franchisees (e.g., sales growth, customer satisfaction) Number of support requests and resolution times Financial health of franchisees (e.g., profitability, revenue growth) Accuracy of financial forecasts and budgets Percentage of franchisees meeting financial performance targets

Job Specifications (Profile, Knowledge & Skills)

Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management with around 10-15 years of experience
Experience in handling food retail, restaurant, bakery chain business will be preferred Proven experience in franchise development in the food retail, bakery or restaurant industry Strong understanding of franchise business models, operations, and legal requirements Must possess excellent planning, organizing skills and time management skills Must have excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Highly energetic and self-driven Willing to travel frequently to meet with prospective franchisees and existing franchisees
