Sr Manager FP&A

As a Finance Manager, your role involves analyzing current and past trends in key performance indicators such as revenue, cost of sales, expenses, capital expenditures, cash, and net debt. You will provide decision-making support by collating and analyzing financial and business data, evaluating CAPEX proposals, and offering suitable recommendations to management. Additionally, you will work closely with business heads to develop Annual Budgets and Three-Year Business Plans, prepare short-term/quarterly forecasts, and actively participate in financial reporting automation initiatives. Your responsibilities will also include preparing monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports with variance analysis tied to business metrics, creating monthly presentations for the Board of Directors, Investors, and Senior Management Team, ensuring compliance with internal financial and accounting policies, and evaluating potential acquisition opportunities from a finance perspective. You will need to possess a CA/MBA/PGDM from a Tier 1 institute with 8-10 years of post-qualification work experience in finance, focusing on financial analysis, corporate finance, and Big 4. To excel in this role, you should have hands-on experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Business Partnering, exceptional skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, expertise in Macros and Pivot tables, familiarity with IND-AS accounting standards, excellent business planning and forecasting abilities, and strong project management skills. It is preferred that you have prior experience in a matrix environment, a Business Partner role, managing FP&A in a multinational corporation, and a retail background.
