Job Description

Job Title:

Sr. Manager Facilities (Real Estate Project Management)

Location:

Gurgaon

Real Estate industry

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Evaluate and acquire properties considering zoning, compliance, and future growth.
Manage lease agreements, contracts, and regulatory processes.
Prepare feasibility studies, budgets, and detailed project schedules.
Oversee procurement of materials, services, and vendor performance.
Liaise with landlords, brokers, legal teams, and government authorities.
Identify and mitigate risks (construction delays, cost overruns, compliance issues).
Implement quality control to meet corporate standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

4+ years of experience in Real Estate Project Management
(Corporate Real Estate background preferred)..
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and procurement skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office Suite
.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and presentation skills.

Industry Preference:

Real Estate / Corporate Real Estate

Education:

Graduate / Postgraduate (Preferred in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related fields).
