Facility Manager is required for a multi-speciality hospital. Candidate must have experience in hospital facility operations, maintenance, fire, housekeeping, security, pantry, vendor management, statutory requirements.
Responsibilities include:
1. Oversee building operations, electrical, plumbing, HVAC
2. Managing sweeping and cleaning, security, pantry, biomedical waste
3. Ensure NABH compliance and safety protocols
4. vendor management
5. Fire safety, emergency preparedness
