Sr. Manager Engineering

01. Overall activities of Engineering department to be monitored.

02. Monitoring Electric bill, Briquette Consumption, spares etc. to maintain departmental budget.

03. Review Estimate preparation, Project related item procurement, execution, commissioning & Project’s budget compliance.

04. Dealing with Pollution control board, PDD Department, Boiler inspector, as per Requirement to maintain the legal documents and compliance as per the national law.

05. Implementation of energy conservation projects and systems to maintain cost, Effectiveness of plant.

06. Implementation of latest maintenance systems / documentation practices for overall Improved facility measures related to various domestic and international audits.

07. Lead the engineering department in various domestic and international audits with audit team.

08. To monitor the management information systems so that the required data is available with management.

09. To identify the training requirements to the various team members and to Impart/coordinate the training for the development of the human resource.

10. To ensure the safety practices in plant premises .

11. Minimizing break down / down time of machines by monitoring.

12. Maintaining of Documents as per the requirement of GMP.

13. Monitoring and implementation of SOP.

14. Monitoring of HVAC Validation activities.

15. Monitoring of Compressed Air Validation activity.

16. Monitoring of Calibration activity.

17. Monitoring of Thermal mapping and temperature mapping

18. Compliance of audit related observations

19. Comply all statutory related compliances

20. Participate in self-inspection audit as per site procedure.

21. Define schedule for Preventive Maintenance of all equipment , maintain all equipment’s

for best of the performance and also manage stock of critical spares.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
