Key Responsibilities

• 
  E-commerce Strategy & Growth

  • 
    Develop and implement strategic plans to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and retention.

  • 
    Identify and capitalize on emerging e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.

• 
  Platform Management

  • 
    Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website(s) and marketplace channels (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart).

  • 
    Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, inventory updates, and promotional campaigns.

• 
  Team Leadership

  • 
    Lead, mentor, and manage the e-commerce team to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.

  • 
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and customer service.

• 
  Data & Analytics

  • 
    Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.

  • 
    Prepare regular reports for senior management with actionable insights.

• 
  Customer Experience Optimization

  • 
    Enhance website UI/UX to improve customer engagement and reduce bounce rates.

  • 
    Manage customer feedback channels to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

  Marketing & Promotions

  • 
    Coordinate with digital marketing teams on SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.

    Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns to maximize sales.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce sales management, particularly with platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
  
• Strong background in digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing on platforms like Instagram, and online ad campaigns on Amazon and Google.
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to take initiative and drive results.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience in managing teams.
  
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
