Job Description

Looking for a CA or MBA Finance ( minimum exp 8 years) & minimum 5 years of experience into treasury documents.

A person with strong core experience in Treasury—someone proactive and assertive, who can independently manage banking relationships and handle loan-related matters effectively.

Responsibilities

Taking care of bank’s TL & WC documentation, payments, cash flowsprojections and management, liasioning with banks, arranging interestaccrual entries for ICDs and bank interest on monthly basis, operationsof Punavasu NBFC, co-ordinate with private equity investors, Cost sheetsfor participation in tenders, execution of loan documents as perrequirement, projections for enterprise valuation , insurancemanagement of key policies of the companySupervise employee reimbursement & related reports, vendorpayments, daily cash flow management,Supervise employee reimbursement & related reports, vendorpayments, daily cash flow management.

Education-

CA or MBA Finance

Experience-
