JOB TITLE Sr Manager – DGM F&AJOB LOCATION- MumbaiEMPLOYMENT TYPE- PermanentREPORTING TO -(POSITION) CFOTOTAL WORK EXPERIENCE (in years) 8+ years post qualification

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE-

Taking care of bank’s TL & WC documentation, payments, cash flowsprojections and management, liasioning with banks, arranging interestaccrual entries for ICDs and bank interest on monthly basis, operationsof Punavasu NBFC, co-ordinate with private equity investors, Cost sheetsfor participation in tenders, execution of loan documents as perrequirement, projections for enterprise valuation , insurancemanagement of key policies of the company

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITES OF THE ROLE

Supervise employee reimbursement & related reports, vendor payments, daily cash flow management,

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS -

Should have banking experience of minimum 5 years .Good workingknowledge of excel and SAP is required,Skills: cash,nbfc,cost sheets,documentation,cash flow,f&a,management,cash flow management
