About the Role We’re looking for a talented and experienced Visual Designer to lead the charge in creating stunning, impactful visual content that aligns with our brand and engages our audiences. If you’re a design thinker, creative problem solver, and detail-obsessed visual storyteller, we’d love to have you on board. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of visual designers, fostering a high-performing and collaborative design culture Own and elevate the visual identity across all platforms—digital, print, product, social, and beyond Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and brand teams to create compelling visual assets and campaigns Review and refine visual work to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment. Translate complex ideas and briefs into clean, engaging visuals and design systems Establish design processes, guidelines, and scalable templates to improve team efficiency. Keep a pulse on design trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation within the team.Manage timelines, resources, and workflows across multiple projects What would excite you? Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
