Design and execute crowd outreach strategies to build and scale internal and external crowd communities.
Manage multiple crowd ecosystems including:
Internal employee communities
External owned crowd
External partner and global crowd platforms
Drive feet-on-street and community-based outreach initiatives to expand crowd reach across geographies.
Plan, design, and execute crowd acquisition and engagement campaigns.
Track campaign performance, optimize outreach strategies, and ensure high conversion and retention rates.
Collaborate with marketing teams for branding, messaging, and communication strategies.
Own end-to-end delivery execution through crowd-based models.
Set up projects, onboard crowd resources, and ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and SLAs.
Coordinate with delivery, operations, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with clients to understand requirements and translate them into scalable crowd solutions.
Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
Design scalable crowd-based delivery solutions aligned with business needs.
Prepare cost models, pricing frameworks, and effort estimations for crowd-led engagements.
Support pre-sales and growth initiatives with solutioning inputs.
Build and manage outreach, operations, and crowd management teams.
Manage freelancers, vendors, and partner crowd ecosystems.
Drive performance, productivity, and engagement across teams.
