Growth & CRM charter

Role Overview:

CRM Growth leader

The ideal candidate combines strong technical fluency in CRM & Martech platforms with a sharp business acumen to translate customer insights into retention, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CRM & Martech Ownership

  • Lead CRM strategy and execution across email, SMS, app push, WhatsApp, in-app, and web channels.
  • Own and optimize platforms such as

    CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, Netcore, Zoho

    or equivalent tools.
  • Define segmentation, journeys, and automation workflows to enhance lifecycle engagement and retention.
  • Drive experimentation (A/B, multivariate) to continuously improve campaign performance.

2. Growth through CRM

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Business teams to identify and drive CRM-led growth levers.
  • Build customer cohorts and use data insights to drive cross-sell, upsell, and reactivation programs.
  • Establish CRM as a key business growth engine contributing to revenue and customer lifetime value (CLV).

3. Analytics & Measurement

  • Leverage

    Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, Power BI

    , or equivalent tools to measure performance.
  • Drive data-backed decision-making across campaign strategy, retention metrics, and funnel conversions.
  • Develop dashboards and frameworks to track customer journey performance and ROI.

4. Martech & Digital Synergy

  • Work closely with digital marketing teams to align CRM with

    Google Ads, Meta Advertising

    , and other performance marketing channels for holistic user journey management.
  • Evaluate new CRM technologies, personalization engines, and AI-driven automation tools to enhance marketing efficiency.

5. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build and mentor a high-performing CRM & lifecycle marketing team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Analytics, and Business teams for campaign integration and growth impact.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience:

    5-8 years in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Growth roles with demonstrated business impact.
  • Martech Expertise:

    Hands-on with

    CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, Netcore, Zoho

    , or similar CRM platforms.
  • Analytical Skills:

    Proficiency in

    Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, or Power BI

    .
  • Digital Marketing Acumen:

    Working knowledge of

    Google Ads, Meta Business Manager

    , and remarketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, journey design, retention strategy, and personalization.
  • Experience in

    Insurance, Healthtech, Fintech, or Consumer Internet

    domains is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
