Join us in shaping a future where technology seamlessly aligns with purpose.Job Title - Active Directory ArchitectLocation: Noida/Chennai/Bengaluru/Pune/MumbaiEducational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.Mode of Work- HybridExperience Required - 15+ yrs relevant experience with 8-10 years of AD Architect level experience.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & DesignLead the design and implementation of Active Directory and Azure AD solutionsCreate High-Level Design and Low-Level Design documentsArchitect AD structures, OU hierarchy, and domain controller placementDesign and implement hybrid identity solutions using Azure AD Connect and cloud syncIntegrate AD with Microsoft cloud services (e.g., Azure Entra ID, Azure AD DS)Migration & OptimizationLead AD migration projects using tools like Quest Migration ManagerAssess existing AD environments and propose optimization strategiesDesign and implement migration frameworks and methodologiesProvide hands-on support and troubleshooting during migrationsExperience with GAL Sync and domain controller migrationsSecurity & ComplianceDevelop and enforce AD security policies and proceduresCollaborate with security teams to ensure secure AD-to-Azure connectivityImplement Conditional Access and password management strategiesEnsure compliance with ITIL and other governance frameworksAdministration & TroubleshootingManage AD Group Policies ADFS DFS and PKI infrastructurePerform AD backup restoration and replication managementTroubleshoot complex AD issues and provide root cause analysis RCAOptimize performance and ensure high availability of AD servicesAutomation & ScriptingDevelop PowerShell scripts for AD automation and managementPerform advanced scripting for real-time projects and automation tasks

Strong hands-on experience with both on-premises AD and Azure ADDeep understanding of AD dependencies for enterprise applicationsExperience with AD replication FSMO roles GPOs and NTFS permissionsProficiency in PowerShell scripting and automationWorking knowledge of ADFS PKIDFS and DNS troubleshootingExperience with disaster recovery and business continuity planningFamiliarity with ITIL practices and service managementRecommended Microsoft CertificationsMicrosoft Certified Identity and Access Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect ExpertMicrosoft Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate
