Requisition Title:

Sr. Manager – Certification

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal, India

1. Role / Qualification of the Applicant

• Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or any Engineering discipline

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in Certification, Inspection, and Compliance services

• Mandatory working exposure in TIC (Testing, Inspection & Certification) industries or reputed manufacturing industries

• Certification exposure/qualification in one or more of the following:

  • ASME

  • PED

  • PESO

  • IBR

  • ASMI

• Strong technical knowledge of CPI-related products and services

• Experience in handling large projects, teams, and multiple stakeholders

• Ability to support business unit sales and operational planning of ₹15+ Cr

• Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills

2. Core Activity within Our Company

• Planning and execution of Certification, Inspection, and Quality services , including:

  • ASME, PED, PESO, IBR

  • Third Party Inspection (TPI)

  • Final Quality Assurance (FQA)

• Client coordination, including technical discussions and review meetings

• Project planning, execution control, and delivery with quality compliance

• Team development, skill enhancement, and manpower management

• Vendor development for inspection and certification execution

• Supporting and identifying qualified personnel hiring as per project requirements

• Ensuring quality execution of jobs and adherence to certification standards

• Handling customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution

• Managing invoicing, accounts receivables, and collections

• Ensuring compliance with internal systems and external regulatory requirements

• Coordinating with internal managers for technical inputs and execution support

• Supporting sales, business development, and operational planning activities
