Description

We are seeking an experienced Sr Manager - Administration to lead our administrative team and ensure the smooth operation of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in administration and will be responsible for developing policies, managing budgets, and facilitating communication across departments.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and administrative functions of the organization.
Manage and mentor the administrative team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management.
Manage budgets and monitor expenses related to administrative functions.

Skills and Qualifications

10-15 years of experience in administration or related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
