Sr Lead-HR Systems Administrator - Workday

As an HR Systems Administrator at Ameriprise India LLP, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and oversight for Workday, Cornerstone LMS, HR ServiceNow, and other HR Systems. Your focus will be on maintaining and enhancing Workday modules and other HR Systems to drive efficiencies, reduce risk, and support a superior employee experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the Product Manager and subject matter expert for key Workday modules. - Collaborate with HR Systems Leadership, HR Centers of Excellence, and Technology teams to develop a common roadmap for continuous system improvements. - Maintain, monitor, and enhance the technical and functional aspects of Workday and other HR Systems. - Partner with stakeholders to review and prioritize system enhancement requests. - Troubleshoot issues, propose creative system solutions, and proactively evaluate risks and issues. - Provide coaching and mentorship to other HR Systems team members. **Required Qualifications:** - Strong consultative skills with the ability to translate business needs into HR system design and configuration. - Experience in test case development and execution. - Strong analytical skills and high accuracy in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent documentation skills for clear configuration notes and test cases. - Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities. - Experience in post-implementation support. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with HR systems like HR ServiceNow, Cornerstone, STAR Compliance, or other cloud-based/SaaS platforms. - Workday Pro Certification. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects in various roles.
