Job Description

As an HR Systems Administrator at Ameriprise India LLP, you will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and oversight for various HR Systems, including Workday, Cornerstone LMS, and HR ServiceNow. Your responsibilities will involve maintaining and enhancing Workday modules, collaborating with business stakeholders to identify requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and providing support for system issues to ensure a superior employee experience. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the Product Manager and subject matter expert for key Workday modules, collaborating with HR Systems Leadership and Technology teams to develop a roadmap for continuous system improvements. - Maintain, monitor, and enhance the technical and functional aspects of Workday and other HR Systems, managing integration points with vendors or internal systems. - Partner with stakeholders to review and prioritize system enhancement requests, identify business requirements, create functional specifications, and configure business processes. - Troubleshoot issues using technical expertise, propose system solutions, evaluate risks, and lead changes to improve system performance. - Provide coaching and mentorship to HR Systems team members and communicate changes for updates and releases to ensure a superior user experience. Required Qualifications: - Strong consultative skills with the ability to translate business needs into HR system design. - Experience in test case development, system enhancement implementation, and post-implementation support. - Analytical skills, accuracy in a fast-paced environment, and excellent documentation skills. - Critical thinking, decision-making abilities, and effective communication in team settings. - Experience in managing multiple projects and strong post-implementation support experience. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with HR systems such as HR ServiceNow, Cornerstone, STAR Compliance, or other cloud-based/SaaS platforms. - Workday Pro Certification and strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects in various roles.
