As a member of the EMEA Presentations Team at Columbia Threadneedle Investments, part of Ameriprise Financial, you will be responsible for supporting both Wholesale and Institutional channels with their product presentations using the Sales Enablement Platform Seismic. Your role will involve collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data, processes, and presentations. Key Responsibilities: - Pre-production tasks include reviewing decks, gathering change requests, and setting expectations with stakeholders. - Production duties involve collecting data, creating presentations in PowerPoint, sharing with stakeholders, and promptly updating as needed. - Post-Production responsibilities include uploading decks to compliance and document management systems. - Collaborate with investment and sales teams to update presentations and ensure data accuracy. - Source data from approved channels, verify its accuracy, and incorporate it into presentations. - Demonstrate a solid understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in asset management to maintain deck adherence. - Communicate effectively with the team to facilitate agile management by the Presentations Lead during workflow meetings. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields, along with data management experience. - 1-3 years of relevant finance experience, with a preference for asset management experience. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with Seismic and/or SharePoint is advantageous. - Experience working with asset management data sets such as Performance, Characteristics, and holdings. - Understanding of Asset managers and Asset Management products. - Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines while managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously. - Experience with Seismic is beneficial but not mandatory. - Strong leadership skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Preferred qualifications include IMC/IAQ certification.
