Sr. Lead - Enterprise Applications

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Application Manager with810 years of experience in managing enterprise applications across HR, Finance, Admin, Operations and Legal functions within the Indian insurancesector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms suchas Darwinbox , SAP Treasury , and support for IFRSprograms , along with strong exposure to regulatory interactions (UIDAI, Aadhaar). This role demands excellent vendor and budget management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong understanding of ITIL processesincluding Incident, Change, and Problem Management .

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Ownership & Management:

Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of corporate applications(HRMS, Finance, Admin, Operations, Sales & Legal).

Ensure optimal performance, availability, and scalabilityof platforms like Darwinbox, SAP Treasury.

Ability to support integration of COTS, BESPOKE & Cloud Native application

Experience towards Cloud Platform AZURE & AWS

Know how of AI & Agentic AI application use cases

Evaluation and development of new applications

• Regulatory & Compliance Support:

Liaise with external regulators such as UIDAI and Aadhaarauthorities.

Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatorystandards.

• Project & Change Management:

Support IFRS-related application changes andenhancements.

Drive application upgrades, CRs, and integrationprojects.

• Incident & Problem Management:

Lead resolution of application-related incidents.

Ensure adherence to internal ITIL processes for change, incident, and problem management.

• Vendor & Budget Management:

Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs.

Track and optimize application budgets and licensingcosts.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with HR, Finance, Admin, Legal, and IT teamsto gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.

• Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain application documentation, SOPs, and compliancerecords.

Provide regular updates to leadership on applicationhealth, risks, and roadmap.

• Adherence to Information Security Compliance

Mitigating VA / PT observation from Info-Security Team

Ability to face internal & external audit

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications in ITIL, SAP, or relevantplatforms preferred.
