Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 7 to 12 years of experience to join our team as a Sr/Lead - Construction /Hotels/ in the Ascentis Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and hotels, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
Lead and motivate teams of construction professionals, providing guidance and support.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues, taking corrective action.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of new constructions into existing hotel operations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in construction management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
