Job Title: Sr.Business Developer- Exp: 5-7 Jr. Business Developer- Exp: 2-5 Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Lucknow, Agra Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sr. and Jr. Business Developer to join our dynamic sales team. This pivotal role will involve supporting the Sales Manager in driving sales growth, managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals, and implementing strategic initiatives to expand our market presence in the rapidly evolving EdTech landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the EdTech industry, a proven track record in sales leadership, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to our growth and make a real difference in the education sector. Responsibilities: Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives and representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success. Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement to optimize sales effectiveness. Create and curate sales training content within the LMS platform, ensuring it is engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with sales objectives Track and analyze sales team performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, utilizing data from the LMS and other CRM tools. Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry understanding within the team. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns and promotional activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, educational institutions, and other stakeholders. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations, to expand market reach. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Sales Manager and senior leadership. Ensure adherence to sales processes, policies, and compliance standards. Stay abreast of the latest trends, developments, and competitive landscape within the EdTech industry. Act as a point of escalation for complex sales issues and customer inquiries. Contribute to the development and improvement of sales tools and resources. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team, with strong coaching and mentoring abilities. Excellent understanding of the EdTech market, including key players, trends, and customer needs. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
