Sr. Java Full Stack Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of hands-on experience in full stack Java development and a strong background in modernizing legacy applications. This role will play a key part in our technology transformation initiative, specifically migrating from Struts to the latest frameworks and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to the migration of legacy applications from Struts to modern Java frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Angular/React).

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.

Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5–10 years of experience in Java development with strong full stack capabilities.

Proven expertise in migrating applications from Struts to modern frameworks.

Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular or React.

Strong knowledge of Spring Framework, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture.

Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools like Hibernate.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
