Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Communications Specialist to lead our employer branding initiatives and strengthen our position as an employer of choice. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that reflect our mission, vision, values, and brand promise, while driving meaningful engagement with prospective and current employees. This role works closely with communications, creative services, and recruitment teams to deliver impactful content and experiences that enhance our visibility in the job market.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement employer brand strategies across digital, social, events, and recruitment marketing platforms.
  • Create compelling, on-brand messaging for diverse channels, including recruitment collateral, presentations, web and social content, and advertisements.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage events and conferences from vendor engagement to on-site branding execution.
  • Manage and grow the organization s social media presence, leveraging employee ambassadors to boost engagement and brand reach.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure communications are effective, consistent, and brand-compliant.
  • Conduct brand adherence checks for materials across all business lines.
  • Analyze brand positioning and audience insights to inform strategy.
  • Measure campaign performance against KPIs and ROI targets, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Partner with agencies and internal teams to identify thought leadership opportunities for subject matter experts and executives.
Guide brand positioning across projects and serve as a champion for our brand beliefs and identity.
Must Have
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years in employer branding, corporate communications, or marketing communications within a large organization or GCCs (Global Capability Centres).
  • Proven track record in social media management, content creation, and brand campaigns.
  • Event management experience from planning through on-site execution.
  • Recruitment marketing and employer brand content development across digital channels.
  • Strong project management capabilities, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Exposure
  • Cross-functional collaboration with HR, recruitment, design, and senior leadership.
  • Campaign performance tracking using analytics tools, measuring ROI and KPIs.
  • Working with external agencies on brand and media initiatives.
Expertise
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills for diverse audiences.
  • Strong presentation-building skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent.
  • Ability to design persona-based communication strategies.
School (Education)
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media Studies, or related field from an accredited institution.
Good to Have
Experience
  • Strategic brand advisory experience for senior leadership.
  • Experience in crisis communications or online reputation management.
  • Industry event participation and award submissions on behalf of the brand.
  • Knowledge of SEO, social listening tools, and advanced analytics.
