Designation: Executive-Corporate Communications - 01 No. (ARAI Contract)

Candidate should have Masters/ Bachelors degree in mass communication/ communications with minimum 05 Years of experience in communications field. Management experience preferred

• Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote and positively represent the organization through internal and external communication.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures for communicating on behalf of the organization that represent the corporate identity, and promote and support the organizations mission.
• Create online and offline marketing content and drafts proposals for special communications projects;
• Oversee/Execute the workflow and work assignments of the communications team to ensure effective collaboration among team members and consistent quality work.
• Seeks new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events and changes in the organization including the launch of new products, special events, local and global community service, and other topics of interest.
• Prepares presentations to share information.
• Ideating & drafting technical write-ups based on the raw information available
• Drafting and disseminating online content, press releases, stakeholder communication
• Manage internal & external website communications
• Drafting content for media or ARAI website Social Media Communication
• Demonstrates and applies knowledge of communication and engagement measurement against objectives and deliverables

Major responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic communication & PR plan to enhance the ARAIs corporate image and reputation.
• Manage and maintain positive relationships with media contacts, influencers and key stakeholders to secure media coverage and maximize brand exposure.
• Responsible for creating engaging content for various channels, including press releases, articles, blog posts, social media posts and website content in coordination with respective agencies and partners
• Plan and coordinate media events, press conferences to generate media interest and coverage for the ARAI and the brand
• Support in industry events; active participation in ARAI events from conceptualization to execution
• Monitor media coverage and social media conversations to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and develop appropriate responses.

Employer branding & Internal communications

• Develop and manage internal communication and employer branding strategies
• Support in drafting and proof-reading internal newsletters and Annual Reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide communication support for various internal activities and initiatives
• Create and implement ideas for employee engagement and activations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging communication technologies to ensure that ARAI remains competitive in the market.

• Familiarity with crisis communication management and the ability to handle sensitive and high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure
• In-depth understanding of media relations and experience in building and maintaining relationships with automotive and regional journalists.

• Advanced knowledge of communications principles and methodologies
• Ability to create, implement, and apply budget
• Strong portfolio showcasing excellent written and verbal communication skills, including press releases, articles, and social media content.
