NeoSOFT Technologies is hiring for Content Writer/ Corporate Communication Executive

Location : Dadar, Mumbai

Experience - 2+yrs

Notice period - 15-20days

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute corporate communication strategies aligned with the company's brand and business goals.
• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, internal communications, newsletters, blog posts, and social media content.
• Coordinate with media outlets, PR agencies, and industry partners for brand positioning and visibility.
• Manage internal communication campaigns to drive employee engagement and alignment.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure message consistency and clarity.
• Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and public perception; provide timely insights and reports.
• Maintain and update corporate communication materials, including company profiles, brochures, and presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, preferably in IT or tech-driven industries.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong media relations and content development abilities.
• Proficient in using communication and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Creative, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing social media for B2B companies.
• Exposure to brand building or employer branding initiatives.
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and content performance metrics.
