Job Title: Sr. Recruiter / Recruiter
Shift Timings: 12:30 to 10:00 PM / 1:30 to 11:00 PM
Division: IMS People Possible
Job Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Roles and Responsibilities-

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles across UK clients.
Source, screen, and assess candidates using multiple channels (job boards, ATS, LinkedIn, referrals).
Engage with candidates to understand their career aspirations and match them with the right opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers.
Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Job Qualifications-

6 months 3 years
of recruitment experience in
international markets (EMEA, APAC, US)
.
IT recruitment experience is mandatory
(no bench sales recruitment).
Excellent sourcing skills (proficiency in Boolean search strings)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
