As a Senior Inside Sales Executive at Techwave, you play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels to generate new business opportunities and revenue growth. Your responsibilities include: - Identifying and qualifying potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking. - Planning, executing, and managing Email/Telesales campaigns to target customers and prospects. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders like customers, partners, and industry influencers. - Engaging with prospective clients in a consultative manner to understand their business needs and present suitable Solutions and Services. - Managing and tracking sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems to ensure accurate pipeline information. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize sales opportunities and ensure alignment. - Preparing and presenting regular reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and campaign effectiveness to management. Qualifications required for this role: - Proven experience in business development, inside sales, preferably in the SAP/Digital Engineering marketplace. - Strong understanding of SAP and Cloud applications and the ability to articulate their value proposition. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and proficiency in cold calling, lead generation, and telesales campaign management. - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce.,
