Sr HR Systems Administrator - Workday

As an HR Systems Administrator at Ameriprise India LLP, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing various HR systems like Workday, Cornerstone LMS, and HR ServiceNow. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with stakeholders, providing technical support, and ensuring a seamless user experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Product Management and Expertise:** Serve as the Product Manager and subject matter expert for key Workday modules. Collaborate with different teams to develop a common roadmap for continuous system improvements. - **System Maintenance and Enhancement:** Monitor and enhance the technical and functional aspects of Workday and other HR Systems. Manage integration points with vendors or internal systems. - **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Partner with HR Systems leadership and other stakeholders to review and prioritize system enhancement requests. Identify business requirements, create functional specifications, and configure processes. - **Issue Resolution and Risk Management:** Troubleshoot system issues and propose solutions. Evaluate potential risks, create solutions, and implement changes to improve system performance. - **Training and Mentorship:** Provide coaching to other HR Systems team members. Communicate changes and updates to ensure a superior user experience. **Required Qualifications:** - Strong consultative skills with the ability to translate business needs into HR system design and configuration. - Experience in test case development and execution. - Strong analytical skills with high accuracy in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent documentation skills for clear configuration notes and test cases. - Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities. - Experience in post-implementation support. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with HR systems like HR ServiceNow, Cornerstone, STAR Compliance, or other cloud-based/SaaS platforms. - Workday Pro Certification. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
