• Drive end-to-end recruitment across Non-IT domains (manufacturing, logistics, retail, BFSI, etc.).
• Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet business needs. • Perform pre-screening & detailed candidate assessments through calls, interviews, and behavioral evaluations. • Coordinate client interviews (online/offline) and ensure seamless recruitment process. • Build and manage a robust talent pipeline for current and future requirements. • Strengthen client & candidate relationships by delivering timely and quality hiring solutions. • Contribute to continuous process improvements and share best practices with the team. • Collaborate with team members to meet targets and drive business growth.
• 13 years of proven experience in Non-IT recruitment / staffing.
• Strong knowledge of job portals, networking platforms, and sourcing tools. • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Go-getter attitude with strong analytical and logical thinking.
