Sr. HR Executive

Urgently hiring for HR Executive for a leading Jewlery Firm based in vile parle east, Mumbai, 400057

Salary range- 30-40k

Female candidates with min 3+ year of experience from Jewlery industries, speaking gujarati are given first priority

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment and staffing

• Talent acquisition: Recruit skilled staff like sales, Graphic designer, digital marketing executive etc
• Hiring process: Manage the hiring process, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and verifying backgrounds.
• Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding, ensuring new hires understand company policies and culture, and handle necessary paperwork.

Compliance and administration

• Labor laws: Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI/PF regulations, and the Shops and Establishment Act.
• Record-keeping: Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and contracts.
• Payroll and benefits: Coordinate with accounts for payroll processing and manage employee benefits and insurance claims.
• Policy management: Develop, update, and communicate company policies to employees and managers.

Employee engagement and development

• Training: Conduct training on product knowledge, sales etiquette, customer service, grooming, and jewelry trends.
• Performance management: Develop systems for performance evaluation and improvement.
• Conflict resolution: Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.
• Culture and engagement: Foster a positive work environment by planning recognition activities, team-building, and festival celebrations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
