The role of a Senior HR Executive, with a focus on recruitment and HR operations, is to ensure that hiring processes and HR functions are effectively managed, supporting the organizations growth and overall operational efficiency. Purpose of the Role The role of a Senior HR Executive with a focus on recruitment and HR operations, is to ensure that hiring processes and HR functions are effectively managed, supporting the organizations growth and overall operational efficiency. Responsibilities & Accountability Provide end to end recruitment support for offshore/onshore hiring includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet the company's talent needs in a timely manner. Ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding, enhancing the company's employer brand. Support onboarding new employees, ensuring they have a positive start by handling documentation, setting up systems, and coordinating orientation programs. Support offboarding formalities such as assets handover, exit letters and organising farewell of departing employees. Bring efficiency to HR tasks such as document processing, compliance with legal requirements, and record-keeping, helping to create a well-organized and responsive HR support. Assist in the planning, and execution of employee engagement activities such as team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives to promote a motivated and cohesive workforce. Other HR operations tasks such as assist in Learning & Development initiatives, attendance tracking and reports, employee data collection and ad-hoc reports. Work exposure in IT industry.
