Role Description

We’re seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong hands-on experience in creating digital and print-ready designs.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of visual storytelling and branding, a digital design system encompassing marketing campaigns, packaging, and brochures, with the ability to deliver clean, professional, and visually striking designs.

You’ll work closely with our team on diverse projects for multiple brands and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop marketing collaterals: including social media graphics, infographics, illustrations, motion graphics, banners, posters, presentations, ad creatives, and printable OOH Advertisements.

- Create print-ready materials such as packaging, menus, brochures, merchandising, and OOH advertising.

- Design logos, brand identity systems, and infographics with clear visual hierarchy and alignment.

- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to translate concepts into engaging visuals.

- Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and are optimized for both web and print.

- Stay updated with design trends and bring fresh ideas to projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3–5+ years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or freelance).

- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and familiarity with Canva/Figma.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in brand identity, packaging, print, and marketing design.

- Deep understanding of color theory, color modes, typography, layout design, digital assets and print production processes.

- Hands-on knowledge of AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar.

- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and creative problem-solving.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

- Experience in motion graphics or animation (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).

- Video editing and short-form content creation for social media.

- Illustration or creative art direction skills.
