Job Description

As an ideal candidate for the mentioned job role, your primary responsibilities will include: - Achieving targets by driving sales, market share, product mix, and profitability in alignment with budgeted goals. - Implementing focused strategies to improve low-performing territories. - Ensuring business hygiene by minimizing expiries/returns, managing collections, and facilitating stock liquidation. You will also be responsible for: - Leading and developing field teams through training, mentoring, and guidance towards success. - Ensuring 100% field force deployment and alignment with marketing strategies. - Supporting internal talent growth and overseeing performance management. Furthermore, your role will involve: - Meeting key performance indicators such as doctor calls, MCR, KOL coverage, and YPM. - Effectively implementing marketing strategies and monitoring competitors for tactical adjustments. Additionally, you will be tasked with: - Strengthening relationships with key opinion leaders and driving ROI through effective engagement and field presence. - Driving the growth of second-line brands and ensuring successful new product launches to uphold the company's reputation and professionalism in the field.
