We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Front Office Manager with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably female candidates, to oversee and manage the daily operations of our clinic's front office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-centric approach to ensure a positive experience for our patients.

Responsibilities:

Front Office Management:

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the front office.
• Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for patients and visitors.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate front office staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Conduct regular training sessions for front desk personnel to enhance their skills.

Patient Relations:

• Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with patients regarding appointments, billing, and follow-ups.

Appointment Scheduling:

• Oversee the appointment scheduling process to optimize clinic efficiency.
• Coordinate with dental professionals to manage their schedules effectively.

Billing and Payments:

• Supervise billing processes, including insurance claims and patient payments.
• Resolve any billing discrepancies and ensure accurate financial transactions.

Facility Maintenance:

• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the front office area.

Technology Utilization:

• Stay updated on industry trends and implement technology solutions to enhance front office operations.

Performance Metrics:

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to front-office operations.
• Implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in front office management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficient in using office software and relevant technology.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
