Job Description

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate financial projections.
Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and minimize losses.
Manage financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as Excel, SAP, or Oracle.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Educational qualifications: B.Com, M.Com, MBA/PGDM.
