Sr. Finance Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our finance team. The Finance Executive will play a key role in managing financial activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to the financial success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for adjustments

3. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Process and review invoices and payments.
• Manage collections and vendor relationships.

4. Financial Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Implement and maintain internal controls.

5. Cash Flow Management:

• Manage cash flow to ensure the organization's financial stability.
• Monitor and project cash flow needs.

6. Taxation:

• Assist in tax planning and compliance.
• Prepare and file tax returns and related documents.

7. Ad Hoc Financial Projects:

• Participate in special financial projects and initiatives as required.

What it required to do:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CPA or CMA designation is a
• plus.
• Proven experience in financial management or related roles with minimum 3 years of
• experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
