Senior Executive / Executive Channel Partner

Job Responsibilities :

Channel Partner

• Onboard and manage relationships with education channel partners across regions.
• Regularly engage with partners to assess performance and provide necessary support.
• Identify and recruit new partners to expand outreach and improve admission numbers.

Contracts & Compliance

• Coordinate the drafting, review, and execution of partner/vendor contracts.
• Ensure compliance with University policies and contract terms.
• Maintain proper documentation of agreements and vendor interactions.

Target Achievement & Reporting

• Collaborate with partners to define admission goals and lead generation plans.
• Monitor partner performance and track KPIs related to student enrollment.
• Prepare periodic reports for internal review and decision-making.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with internal counseling, marketing, and admissions teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
• Support joint campaigns, events, and student outreach initiatives.

Issue Resolution & Support

• Resolve partner queries and operational challenges in a timely manner.
• Ensure transparent communication and adherence to agreed-upon protocols.

Skills and Competencies Required:

• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Proven negotiation and contract handling abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple partners and meet enrollment targets.
• Good understanding of education sales cycles and lead management.
• Proficiency in

  CRM tools

  (e.g., Salesforce, LeadSquared) and Excel-based reporting.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Qualifications Required:

Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed institute/university

Experience

3-7 years of work experience in a similar role is required

Working Days:

6 days in a week (Monday to Saturday) from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
