Job Responsibilities are as follows: Examination Planning and Scheduling : Develop examination schedules for different semesters/academic sessions. Coordinate with Schools/Departments to ensure timely submission of examination Question papers and other relevant materials. Plan logistics for examination venues (Identification and readiness of Examination Halls), invigilators, and other resources needed for conducting exams. Coding of answer sheets, setting Exam superintendent office, centralised ETE answer book evaluation room, notice boards for easy access to students. Examination Administration : Oversee the administration of examinations, including the distribution and collection of exam papers, setting up examination venues, and ensuring adherence to exam regulations. Coordinate with faculty and staff to ensure the availability of necessary resources for conducting exams, such as answer sheets, stationery, and equipment. Implement procedures to maintain the integrity and security of examination materials and prevent malpractice. Result Processing and Publication : Manage the process of marking/grading exam papers and entering results into the university's database. Verify the accuracy of exam results and resolve any discrepancies or errors. Coordinate with relevant departments to publish exam results within the stipulated timeframe. Compliance and Regulations : Stay updated on relevant regulations, guidelines, and policies related to examinations set forth by the university, regulatory authorities, and accreditation bodies. Ensure compliance with examination regulations and guidelines during the planning, administration, and result processing stages. Implement measures to safeguard the confidentiality and security of examination data and records. Technology Integration : 100 % automation of Examination division using ERP; utilize technology and examination management systems (mycampusadmin ERP) to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in examination administration and result processing. Identify and recommend improvements or upgrades to examination-related technology systems to meet evolving needs and enhance user experience. Some of the salient procedures implemented on ERP: student registration, admit card generation, datesheet, seating plan, invigilation duty chart, attendance sheets exam wise, QBMS, QP evaluation status, result processing, declaration of result. Stakeholder Management : Liaise with various stakeholders including faculty, students, administrative staff, and examination committees to address concerns, provide support, and ensure effective communication throughout the examination process. Collaborate with academic departments and other university units to address issues related to examination scheduling, conflicts, and accommodations. Quality Assurance : Implement quality assurance measures to ensure the reliability, validity, and fairness of examinations and assessment methods. Conduct periodic reviews and evaluations of examination processes and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary. Award of UG/PG degrees & Diploma certificates: Completion of Academic Requirements: Before a degree can be awarded, students must fulfil all academic requirements prescribed by their respective universities or educational institutions. This includes completing the required coursework, projects, internships, and examinations and are verified through SCMs. Verification of Credentials: Before proceeding with the degree award process, verify the academic credentials of students to ensure that they have met all the necessary requirements and are eligible for the degree. Preparation of Degree Certificates: Upon successful completion of the evaluation process and verification of credentials, preparation of the provisional degree certificates. These certificates typically include the student's name, the degree awarded, the discipline or major, the date of award, overall CGPA, Major CGPA and other relevant details. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of degree awards, Tabulation charts, awardsheets, examined question papers in strong room. Student education verification: Verification of education documents of the passed-out graduates seeking employment by various education verification agencies. Security Supervisor required for Apeejay Stya University located at Sohna Palwal Road, Gurgaon. The incumbent will oversee the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff including security guards and desk clerks. He will also prepare and conduct trainings for new hires and current staff including training on workplace searches, drug and alcohol procedures, and related safety and security topics. Job Responsibilities : Work and complete a broad variety of tasks & responsibilities that includes but not limited to the following: Conducting daily briefing of security guards for security operations. Implementation of security protocols in all the areas of the assigned facility. Takes proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to students, staff and visitors. Conducting training of security personnel like Fire and Safety, First Aid and Security SOPs on frequent basis. Maintenance and record keeping of CCTV footage, Documents, etc. Maintaining incident reports, daily reports, daily rosters and registers and submission to the authorities. Conducting mock drills in the building premises. Assisting the Admin Officer in managing the events planned. Maintenance and repairs of the security systems like fire alarm system, sprinklers, CCTV, other assets, etc. Upkeep of the CCTV surveillance room to detect any interference.
