Position: MIS Executive

Location: Apeejay Stya University, Sohna Palwal Road, Haryana

We are looking for a passionate certified Data Analyst. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.

The role supports sales & marketing efforts by ensuring the divisions CRM systems are up-to-date and accurate. The primary responsibility of the role is to update / maintain client contacts within the CRM application to optimize data used for sales efforts while meeting compliance requirements.

Experience with CRM systems (Leadsquared, Salesforce), is analytical and possess the ability to multi-task on ad-hoc requests and large projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
• Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Filter and clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Creation of institute accounts, defining rules & automations for lead management and user flow.
• Creation of user account and assigning of roles and sharing access with them.
• Execution of the day to day activities on CRM to manage the leads and users.
• Resolve problems of institute, sales team, counselors and marketing team on regular basis.
• Execution of mailer & SMS campaign using automation and manual process.
• Data compilation and report generation as per requirement.

Key Skills:

• BSc in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
• Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
• Hold and adhere to high standards of confidentiality.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to turnaround outstanding work projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in excel and data compilation

Working days:

6 days in a week (Monday to Saturday) from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
