Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of MEP systems for various projects, including commercial, industrial, and residential buildings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution
• Develop and implement BIM (Building Information Modeling) MEP models using Revit and BIM MEP software
• Conduct site visits to assess existing MEP systems and provide recommendations for upgrades and improvements
• Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and best practices in MEP design and engineering
• Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in MEP design and engineering, preferably in a consulting firm or a similar industry
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Skills:
  

• Strong understanding of MEP design principles, codes, and standards
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, IBC, NEC)
• Salary: ₹241,000 - ₹480,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
